Having a Bad Day? It Happens.

Ever have one of those days where you just don’t want to get out of bed and face the world? I have many times, especially when my back hurts from the fractures I have, and when it’s raining outside it makes it worse. I just drag myself out of bed anyway and try to go about my day. It’s not always easy living with osteoporosis, but we all need to learn how to. We can’t let it bring us down. We need to keep moving and work hard at getting our bones healthier. There are days I feel like I can’t find anything to wear that will somewhat hide my curved spine, even though it isn’t as bad as I think it is. I wear hoodies a lot just so it is less noticeable to see at least in my mind that’s what I think. I continue to keep going and continue to ignore the negative part of what this condition brings upon us. I also don’t let people negative remarks about my website or my blog or my social media sites, I started this to help myself and others. I feel bad for those who choose to think I’m wasting my time, or I don’t know what I’m talking about. When they are the ones who truly have no clue. So with that being said, get up, keep moving and if you do have a bad day, it’s ok it happens.

Until next time!
