Holidays Are Coming!

Hi everyone, as we all know we are approaching the Holiday Season. As some of us do during the holidays, we just don’t watch watch what we eat or how much we eat…..correct? Well let me just say I get it, we try our best to eat healthy all year to help our bones and are overall wellness. Then the holidays hit….oh boy! That’s when we all let go LOL. Well it doesn’t have to be that way, even though it is so tempting to eat all those pies, turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes need I go on! It’s all about moderation, we can still have those wonderful delicious foods, we just don’t need to over do it. Your probably thinking “Cecilia, seriously it’s the holidays”. I know but after being so good during the year following a healthy diet, do we really want to over do it? It’s so easy to get side tracked with food, I know I have been there.

I’m just saying don’t get discouraged if you do over do it during the holidays, it will be easy enough to get back on track after. I would like to hear from you what your plans are on keeping up with your current regimen during the holidays. I will also will share with you mine and how I plan on getting through the holidays, without over indulging. Being on a journey to strengthen your bones, and help your body feel good, is not always easy.
