Christmas The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year

Don’t you just love Christmas? I do, I love the lights the food all of it. Spending time with family when you can, unfortunately, my family is far away and won’t be seeing them this Christmas. There is always FaceTime, which thank God for that. Christmas for me this year will be different without being able to call my Mom and wish her Merry Christmas. This year I will be calling her in Heaven, to tell her how much I miss her. 2021 has been quite the year, I pray for all that 2022 will be a lot better. Cherish every day, make your Christmas the best one ever! Eat and be merry, so many things going on this time of the year. Don’t forget your bone health, remember you are not alone in this with osteoporosis.
