Do We Need To Live In Pain Everyday?

Dealing with the pain due to fractures from having osteoporosis, can cause us to have a lingering pain. There are days we might feel great, and others not so much. The pain can get to the point where we just don’t want to move. This is something at one time I experienced, and let me just tell you it is not how I wanted to live. This is why I decided to see what could help alleviate some of that pain. Taking pain meds is not an option, maybe sometimes we have no choice. I would say feeding our bodies and taking the proper vitamins does help with a lot of it.

If we just sit around and think things won’t get better, then they won’t. This is why getting up moving around, walking and doing your usual chores helps keep your bones moving. Every little bit of exercise you do, does help ladies. We can’t let this condition take over our lives, we can only fight it and try and make it better. I sure hope you have read some of my blogs, and some of the information has helped you. I will continue to post with things that will help you through this journey.
