New Year New Beginning

Well Happy New Year! It has been a hot minute since I wrote a blog, my apologies for that. I think I was going through a time where I was loosing interest. Due to some personal things going on, I know that should not be an excuse. I promise I won’t let it happen again. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! Now that we are in a New Year and let’s keep our Bone Health Journey going. I myself have decided to take better charge of my bone health, even though I have been. I feel there is so much more I can be doing. I know how important excersise is for all of us ladies with Osteoporosis, we have to take time to keep building our bone strength. So this year let 2023 be the year really take charge. I know there are times when some think oh it’s not a big deal, others really take it to heart and do something about this bone condition.

As we start off this new year, let’s together come together and share our stories of what you are going to be doing to help your bone health. I would love to hear from each of you who follow me. We might even learn something new from one another. I will continue to add more information on my web page, and in my videos on YouTube. Please check out my new videos, like, subscribe! I will be posting some recipes also that you can try, along with a picture so you can see what it will look like. Eating healthy is very important. I know we all have indulged during the Holidays, and that’s ok. Let’s all come together and chat about our journeys.
