October Is Here!

Oh my October is already here and it’s been a month since I published a blog. Sorry about that, I have been busy and not feeling well a lot of days. I feel like my mind is very tired work has been a big stress factor. One thing I have learned over the years of researching Osteoporosis it, stress is not good for your bones. I keep reminding myself of that, so with Fall finally here and the trees are changing color I’m going to focus more on nature. I know that if I don’t change something to help me feel better in the coming days, it is not good for me or my bone health. Sometimes it isn’t always easy to sit back and relax, even though I tell of you to do so. I know we all have bad days and sometimes forget what is best for us. So, I need to get back on track share more stories and helpful information for your bone health.
